Tricia walked the black carpet, yes black, not red, at the Spike TV ‘Scream’ Awards Oct 10th! Tricia was a presenter as well as a nominee for Best Breakout Performance, sadly she didn’t win that one. :frown: However she did accept the award for Best TV Show along with her lovely BSG gal pals, Grace Parks and Katee Sackhoff on behalf of the greatest SciFi show, Battlestar Galactica! :yay:
On the black carpet Tricia was asked what her fave horror movie and she responded ‘Silence of the Lambs’.

Today marks the 2nd episode in Season 3, if you missed the 1st episode, you can try seeing when it might rerun on Sci-fi or download it via iTunes!

Well the recent BSG was really great, unfortunately Tricia was missing from the episode.
Hopefully next week we’ll see our lovely Cylon goddess in all her glory!

Well I just learned that Tricia made a deal with the devil so to speak, at least in the episode she starred in! Apparently Tricia plays the role of Janis, a ‘More - Music’ VJ who sells her soul to the devil in order to rid herself of the multiple personalities tormenting her within her mind. Congrats to Tricia for getting more roles, even if it is just one episode! :yay:
This is the first episode on The Collector that Mark Leiren-Young has written, and what an episode! I only wish US tv carried this series as it’s a very intriguing series from what others say.

In Battlestar Galactica, Tricia Helfer is the link between human and Cylon. In life, she’s the link between model and nerd.
For that, credit the 31-year-old starlet’s dual roles — as a gorgeous Cylon on the acclaimed remake of the dopey ’70s space opera, and as host and producer of Canada’s Next Top Model, a homegrown spinoff of the Tyra Banks reality contest in which Helfer will oversee a competition to crown a Canuck beauty.
